With more than 40 years of progressively increased leadership responsibilities in the vacation ownership industry, Kim Robert Kreiger is an experienced, engaged and highly respected executive. His tenure includes fluency in all timeshare disciplines, spanning both the private and public sectors, from management roles with startup ventures to senior executive positions for one of the largest and most successful brands in the industry. Currently helping to reshape the industry though innovative vacation products.
A facilitator of change, he has executed strategies to meet evolving business demands including organizational growth, product launches, program enhancements and comprehensive reorganization. His seasoned industry perspective is anchored by a comprehensive understanding of timeshare and strengthened by his ability to navigate evolutions in products, customer engagement, technology, and development.

History of Experiences
Developed customized Lead Generation operations including call centers,
call transfer programs, incentive programs, personal contact programs, direct marketing, owner referral, in-house and bounce back programs.
Integrated Sales Programs to maximize marketing strategies.
Impacted the progression of Resort Properties through leadership
decisions involving selection of location, property layout/design, amenities,
unit design, unit type and mix, competitive analysis, seasonality, point
values and entitlements.
Created points-based Club Products, complete with overlays to existing
ownership structures, as well as purpose-designed products.
Created and managed Membership/Loyalty Clubs, with direct
responsibilities including: marketing, operations, owner services, call
centers, benefit/program enhancements, maximizing utilization, member satisfaction tracking, monetization of points, and optimization of
information systems.
Delivered comprehensive Association Management leadership including:
Home Owners Association operations, facilitation of annual/budget
meetings, financial management/reporting, dues collections, long-range
capital and reserve management, affiliations, developer representation,
refurbishment of physical plant, infrastructure, unit refurbishments/
renovations.
Developed Brand Standards for resort operations.
Directed operations of resorts including quality assurance, guest
satisfaction and employee recognition programs
Developed Rental programs for fixed, float and points-based properties,
supported by marketing campaigns via the following channels: print, web based,
banner ads, social media, referral, B to B, groups, transient and
loyalty programs. Integrated corresponding reservations support systems
including voice, online, web-based and mobile applications.
Managed Food and Beverage/ Retail focused-service operations,
specifically tailored to the maximization of guest utilization at timeshare
properties.
Directed the development of a comprehensive Information Technology
System for all functions including timeshare marketing/lead generation,
sales administration/ reporting, contracts, loan portfolio servicing/reporting,
lock box operations, membership dues, collections, financial statements,
reservations, membership systems, and loyalty programs.
Developed Owner Sales programs enabling existing owners/members to
sell their timeshare interest in an open market.
Oversaw Deeding and Documentation produced both in an in-house title
company and external third party providers.
Presented corporate overview to institutional investors.
Shaped internal company Culture and team member engagement through
leadership by example. Externally, served as highly-visible spokesperson
and subject matter expert on the Club and Resort Operations disciplines.
